Taylormade Covid-19 Statement - 7th January 2021

Once again we all find ourselves locked down, distanced from our friends and family and facing an uncertain few months.

We understand this is an extremely upsetting and uncertain time for all of our couples with weddings over the next few months and know that many of you have been planning your dream wedding for years and understand that it is absolutely devastating to be faced with the decision to have to cancel/postpone your dream day.

For those with weddings a little later in the year, being faced with the uncertainty of how long the restrictions will last, whilst trying to make contingency plans and do what is best for you, your friends and family is hugely stressful and draining.

It is also an extremely stressful time for all of the suppliers like ourselves in the wedding industry at the moment. We continue to see our couples go through the heartbreak of rescheduling dates, yet after almost a year of no work, we continue to lose our whole income for the foreseeable future and continue to wonder how our bills are going to get paid or how our business can stay afloat the longer this crisis goes on.

All of the above is absolutely heartbreaking but we want you to know that we are all in this together. We should all take comfort in knowing there is a light at the end of the tunnel with the 2 vaccine rollouts which are now in full swing, and that the wedding industry has been assured that weddings and events should start getting 'back to normal by the Spring' and 'completely back to normal by the Summer'.

With the above in mind, we are currently offering couples with weddings up to 31st March 2021 the opportunity to move to a new date in the latter part of 2021 when weddings are expected to go ahead as normal.

If you'd like to discuss some new dates in 2021, please get in touch but we kindly ask you not to book a new wedding date without checking availability with us first. We are scheduled to have a very busy 2021 and if you do not check with us first you may find that we are unavailable for your date which would lead to a lot of heartache for both you and us.

If your wedding is after this date, we are very hopeful that your wedding will go ahead as planned and will update everyone when the government releases further information.

Please do bear with us during this time and understand that we are doing all we can to help during an extremely stressful and financially devastating time for Taylormade.

Thank you so much for your understanding.

In the meantime - Stay Home, Protect The NHS, Save Lives.
